Feature Description:
This feature allows users to create a general proxy for an existing meeting that was created using Add a Meeting. A user must identify a default proxy-holder name because a proxy without a specified proxy holder name is considered invalid. The voter can override the provided “default” name by entering a “write-in” name.
Steps:
1. Select CM/Owners Meetings
2. Select the meeting name for which the general proxy will be used.
3. Select Add a General Proxy
4. Provide the default proxy-holder name
5. Click Add
