How do I Add Committees or Groups?

Feature Availability:

This feature is only available for Subscribers, Admins, and Leaders.

Feature Description:

This feature allows a user to also identify the committee members. There is no limit to the number of committees or groups that can be created in a community (the board of directors is considered a committee).

*NOTE: the order of the committees displayed can be rearranged by dropping and dragging with the mouse.

A committee may wish to send a message to a person or a group of persons (e.g., residents, another committee, etc.). This can be done by the Subscriber, Admin or Leader as well as any member of the committee that has been given this permission.

Steps:

  1. Go to My Community/Committees/Groups
  2. Select New Committee
  3. Provide the name of the new committee/group
  4. Select Create Committee
  5. Select Add Members for the new committee/group
  6. Select all the names to add
  7. Select Add at the bottom of the screen
