How do I Add an Owner?
Feature Availability:
This feature is only available for Subscribers and Admins.
Feature Description:
When a property is sold and purchased by another user, the previous owner must be deleted and then add the new owner.
Steps:
- Select CM/Owners List
- Search for the address or scroll down to find the appropriate address.
- Select Add an Owner
- Search for the owner’s name; if found, click Select to the right of the name.
- Provide the Effective Date then select Confirm
- If the name is not found, select Create a New User
- Provide the first name, last name, and email address, if known.
- Check the box if this owner is also a voter for this address.
- Select Create User
