How do I Add an Owner?

Feature Availability:

This feature is only available for Subscribers and Admins.

Feature Description:

When a property is sold and purchased by another user, the previous owner must be deleted and then add the new owner.

Steps:

  1. Select CM/Owners List
  2. Search for the address or scroll down to find the appropriate address.
  3. Select Add an Owner
  4. Search for the owner’s name; if found, click Select to the right of the name.
  5. Provide the Effective Date then select Confirm
  6. If the name is not found, select Create a New User
  7. Provide the first name, last name, and email address, if known.
  8. Check the box if this owner is also a voter for this address.
  9. Select Create User
